Rose Quartz Spheres
Share
Rose Quartz, a variety of quartz, is composed of silicon dioxide (SiO₂) with trace amounts of titanium, iron, or manganese, which give it its distinctive pink hue. This crystal is known as the "stone of love" and is widely used for emotional healing, self-love, and fostering harmonious relationships. Unlike other quartz varieties that form in pointed structures, rose quartz typically develops in massive formations within pegmatite rock, making it ideal for carving into shapes. To create spheres, large rough chunks are cut into cube-like forms and then placed in rotary grinders, where they are gradually shaped into smooth, round forms. The final step involves multiple rounds of sanding and polishing, enhancing the stone’s natural soft glow. Rose quartz spheres are often used for meditation, energy work, and home décor, radiating a gentle and soothing energy.
