• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, especially for outlying areas.

📍 Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Shayna Earth is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. If you haven’t received tracking info after 5 business days, feel free to contact us.

💥 Delays & Issues

We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but once a parcel is with the courier, it’s out of our hands. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier or postal backlogs

• Weather conditions

• Load shedding disruptions

However, we’re always happy to assist in tracking and following up on any delayed or lost parcels.

We do our best to use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible. Crystals and fragile items are securely wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
