Shayna Earth Returns & Refund Policy

At Shayna Earth, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to assist.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items, such as earrings or intimate products.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at returns@shaynaearth.co.za with your full name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Courier Collection: We will arrange for a courier to collect the item(s) from you. A R120 courier collection fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
    Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded, minus the courier collection fee (R120).

  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or issue store credit within 7 working days.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are processed via bank transfer or other methods, which can be discussed with the customer service representative you are dealing with.

  • Timeline: After processing, please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and method.

  • Store Credit: If you opt for store credit, it will be issued on the same day we receive the returned item(s) in good condition.

Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are possible if the desired item is in stock.

  • Courier Fees: Two courier fees of R120 each will apply—one for returning the original item and another for delivering the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shaynaearth.co.za with your order details and a photo of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue promptly.
